Compassion Focused Therapy
Another form of CBT, compassion focused therapy aims to promote emotional and mental wellbeing by promoting compassion towards the people in treatment and others. Teaching clients compassion helps to transform negative cognitions and is a good intervention technique to treat anxiety, feelings of anger, shame of self-criticism that often come with depression.
We charge £90 per 55-minute session, which should be paid on the day, either by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
